China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd., shorted as CNHTC(Sinotruk Group), is based in Jinan China, which is the largest heavy-duty truck manufacturer in China and also the first one in developing and manufacturing heavy-duty truck in China domestic market. The Mature products cover the brand of  SITRAK, HOWO T5G, HOWO T7H, HOWO, HOWO A7 ,STEYR, YELLOW RIVER, HOHAN ,GOLDEN PRINCE ect and also the spare parts .  The predecessor of SINOTRUK was the Jinan Automobile Manufacturing Factory founded in 1935, and it was rebuilt in 1956. In 1960, the shackle that heavy-duty truck could not be manufactured in China was ended owing to the first heavy-duty truck of CNHTC--- JN150 8-ton heavy-duty truck of “HUANGHE”, which was produced referring to the Skoda 706RT. CNHTC was listed as the Red chip on HK main board in 2007, named as SINOTRUK (Hong Kong) Ltd. . Strategic partnership with MAN was established in 2009, and MAN held 25%+1 stocks of SINOTRUK(Hong Kong) Ltd.. SINOTRUK introduced the engine, medium-duty truck, axle and vehicle technology of three types of truck from MAN---D20,D26 and D08, laying solid foundation for the long-term development. At present, there are totally six vehicle manufacturing companies affiliated to CNHTC-----Jinan Truck LLC; Jinan Commercial Vehicle Co.,Ltd; Sinotruk Jinan Special Vehicle Co.,Ltd; Jining Commercial Vehicle Co.,Ltd; Jinan HOWO Bus Co.,Ltd and Chengdu Wangpai Commercial Vehicle Co.,Ltd.. Annual output can reach 150,000.
