Rizhao Lanshan Yongsheng Rubber&Plastic Co.,Ltd,established in 1986. The enterprise has over eight million Yuan fixed assets and 160 employees among which 20 are professional technicians, covering an area of 6000 square meters. It is a high-tech enterprise specialized in R&D, production, processing and mating of rubber and plastic products with complete production, mechanical and inspection equipment. There are over 30 sets of major equipment, including 6 injection molding machines,20 vulcanizing machines,2 rubber refining machines and 2 rubber and plastic extruding machines; Testing equipment including Heat aging test chamber、Rubber fatigue cracking test machine、Rubber elasticity tester、Rubber shore hardness tester,etc.
Products of our enterprise are widely used in such industries as instrument, home appliance, agricultural machinery, automobile ship, pipeline, petroleum, chemical industry, spinning and building materials industry. Currently, we mainly mates with such automobile manufacturers such as Fukuda, Wuzheng and JAC, Ceramic packing industry such as Champion Group, Dongpeng, Asaceramic, etc.Have exported to USA,UK,Norway,Germany,Israel,Dubai,Saudi Arabia,Mexico,Australia and so on,they are all happy with our quality.
The enterprise has established a design and development center, metering inspection center, physical and chemical laboratories and manufacturing center. It has first passed ISO9001:2008 International Quality System Certification and TS16949:2009 Quality Management System Certification among enterprises of the same trade and strictly implemented the quality standard verification and self-checking specified by the certification system.
